Teoría pura de la República y Libertad Constituyente. Culminación del pensamiento político de Antonio García-Trevijano

Abstract

El presente Trabajo se enfoca en realizar un análisis crítico y profundo de las obras Teoría Pura de la República y Libertad Constituyente del autor Antonio García-Trevijano, contextualizándolas en el marco histórico que fueron escritas. Se aportarán referencias biográficas relevantes que permiten una mejor comprensión de su pensamiento político. Además, se incluirán otras obras del autor para comprender su trayectoria intelectual y su pensamiento político en profundidad. Se referencian autores y acontecimientos históricos que influyeron en el autor objeto de estudio y que lo inspiraron para la elaboración de sus obras. A su vez, se presentará al lector el Movimiento Hacia la República Constitucional (MCRC), la asociación política fundada por García-Trevijano en 2006 para difundir sus ideas políticas y promover la creación de una república constitucional en España. Se explicará en qué consiste la organización, cuáles son sus objetivos y se analizarán los estatutos para comprender su estructura y funcionamiento. El trabajo está compuesto por cuatro capítulos, en los que se realiza un análisis exhaustivo de sus obras y se presentan unas conclusiones y reflexiones. La metodología empleada es un análisis crítico y comparativo de sus obras para comprender su pensamiento político.

The present work focuses on carrying out a critical and deep analysis of the works Teoría Pura de la República and Libertad Constituyente by the author Antonio García Trevijano, contextualizing them in the historical framework in which they were written. Relevant biographical references will be provided that allow a better understanding of his political thought. In addition, other works of the author will be included to understand his intellectual trajectory and his political thought in depth. Reference is made to authors and historical events that influenced the author under study and that inspired him to elaborate his works. In turn, the reader will be introduced to the Movimiento Hacia la República Constitucional (MCRC), the political association founded by García-Trevijano in 2006 to disseminate his political ideas and promote the creation of a constitutional republic in Spain. It will explain what the organization consists of, what its objectives are, and the statutes will be analyzed to understand its structure and operation. The work is made up of four chapters, in which an exhaustive analysis of his works is carried out and some conclusions and reflections are presented. The methodology is a critical and comparative analysis of these works to understand the political thought of the author.
