La digitalización de la Justicia: el desafío de una justicia eficaz y sostenible

Abstract

Tras la llegada de la pandemia, se acelera la necesidad de transformar la Justicia a la nueva era digital existente. La falta de medios y exceso de trabajo de la Administración de Justicia pone de manifiesto la adaptación de la misma a la esfera digital actual. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los hitos y oportunidad de la digitalización de la Justicia hacia una más eficaz y sostenible. Para alcanzar este fin se realiza un análisis de las causas y el objeto de dicha transformación y los desafíos que implica la misma.

Following the arrival of the pandemic, the need to transform Justice to the new digital era is accelerating. The lack of means and overwork of the Administration of Justice highlights the adaptation of the same to the current digital sphere. The aim of this paper is to analyze the benchmarks and opportunities of the digitization of Justice towards a more efficient and sustainable one. In order to achieve this goal, an analysis of the causes and purpose of this transformation and the challenges it implies is carried out.
