Sistemas modulares en construcción : "Lean construction" e Instalaciones

Abstract

La industrialización es un avance que se ha ido desarrollando en numerosos sectores durante los últimos años, no obstante, el sector de la construcción parece haberse quedado estancado en este sentido. Este proyecto pretende estudiar la industrialización en la construcción mediante la construcción modular. El proyecto consiste en el estudio y desarrollo de una serie de viviendas modulares, centradas en las bases de la metodología Lean y del proyecto INVISO, realizado entre otros por Jesús Guardiola, concretamente la parte que corresponde se centra en el estudio del módulo de las instalaciones y el entramado en el que se situarán estas. Las instalaciones, por tanto, estarán en el exterior de la vivienda, en el entramado que se va a diseñar, y abastecerán a cada uno de los módulos de las viviendas, permitiendo la autonomía de las mismas. Una de las claves del proyecto será que con los diseños pertinentes y gracias a ser una construcción modular, habrá un alto grado de desmontabilidad en la construcción, lo cual favorecerá en el aspecto de la economía y sostenibilidad. Por tanto, se realiza el estudio de las instalaciones exteriores necesarias para una vivienda, el diseño del entramado atendiendo siempre las limitaciones de tamaño impuestas por el plano del proyecto INVISO, y el posterior estudio de plazos y económico para determinar si la industrialización en la construcción es coherente en este caso.

Industrialization is a progress that has been developing in various sectors in recent years. However, the construction sector has not been involved in this progress. This project aims to study industrialization in construction through modular construction, and it consists of researching and developing a series of modular houses, focusing on the Lean methodology and the INVISO project, carried out by Jesús Guardiola among other professionals. Specifically, this project focuses on studying the module of the installations and the framework in which they will be placed. Therefore, the installations will be located in this framework which will be designed, and they will supply each of the modules of the houses, allowing their autonomy. One of the key aspects of the project is that, due to the appropriate designs and being a modular construction, there will be a high degree of disassembly in the construction process, which will favor both the economic and sustainability aspects of the project. Therefore, the study includes the exterior installations for a house, the design of the framework of the different houses bearing in mind the size limitations imposed by the INVISO project blueprint, and the subsequent study and analysis of timelines and economic aspects of the project, with the objective to determine if industrialization in construction is coherent in this project.
