Análisis de la evolución del teletrabajo antes y después del COVID-19. Estudio sobre el impacto en la productividad laboral

Abstract

Este trabajo tratará de analizar la evolución del teletrabajo durante los últimos años. En él, mediante diversos estudios, encuestas y otros documentos, se analizará la perspectiva del trabajador acerca del trabajo a distancia y se buscará encontrar una opinión general acerca de la modalidad y cómo ha afecta a la vida laboral enumerando las distintas ventajas y desventajas que ofrece. También se estudiará el punto de vista del empleador y cómo afecta a la gestión de equipos esta nueva forma de trabajar. A través de las opiniones de cientos de dirigentes a recogidas en varias encuestas, se trazará el sentimiento general sobre la cuestión y cómo han recibido la implementación de este nuevo sistema en sus trabajos. Además, se realizará un estudio de como influye el teletrabajo en la productividad laboral, basándose este en distintos informes y análisis realizados previamente. Se comprobará si realmente es un factor influyente en este aspecto y de ser así, qué implicación tiene. Por otro lado, se realizará, siguiendo los puntos previos mencionados, un análisis de la evolución del teletrabajo en España tanto de la situación previa a la pandemia como durante la cuarentena y la situación posterior. Se examinará cómo ha afectado al mundo laboral español y qué nivel de aceptación han tenido las empresas españolas a la disciplina. Por último, a modo de conclusión, en base a los conocimientos adquiridos en los apartados anteriores, se tratará de trazar un plan de futuro para el teletrabajo, discutiendo su viabilidad y proponiendo distintas mejoras para que pueda considerarse una modalidad sostenible a lo largo del tiempo.

This paper will try to analyze the evolution of remote work during the last years. In it, through various studies, surveys, and other documents, it will analyze the worker's perspective about telecommuting and will seek to find a general opinion about the modality and how it has affected working life by listing the various advantages and disadvantages it offers. We will also study the employer's point of view and how this new way of working affects team management. Through the opinions of hundreds of leaders collected in several surveys, we will trace the general feeling on the issue and how they have received the implementation of this new system in their jobs. In addition, a study will be made on how teleworking influences labor productivity, based on different reports and analyses previously made. It will be verified if it really is an influential factor in this aspect and if so, what implication it has. On the other hand, it will be carried out, following the previous points mentioned, an analysis of the evolution of telework in Spain both the situation before the pandemic and during the quarantine and the situation after. It will be examined how it has affected the Spanish working world and what level of acceptance Spanish companies have had to the discipline. Finally, by way of conclusion, based on the knowledge acquired in the previous sections, we will try to draw a plan for the future of teleworking, discussing its viability and proposing different improvements so that it can be considered a sustainable modality over time.
