Mandated Disclosures in the Information Age and the Information Overload Problem
Abstract
El objeto de este artículo es introducir un reglamento de derecho de la Unión Europea, que debe proteger
y mantener la estabilidad bancaria y evaluar esta regulación.
Al inicio del artículo se estará enfocado en el término “estabilidad bancaria” y su importancia
para diferentes grupos de partes interesadas (estas cuatro entidades fueron elegidas para demostrar el lado práctico de
estabilidad bancaria-un estado, dueños de bancos, clientes bancarios y público).
Luego, el artículo presenta la legislación europea, que debería ayudar a mantener la estabilidad bancaria.
Al final del artículo se evalúa la legislación europea desde el punto de vista antes mencionado
partes interesadas The purpose of this article is to introduce law regulation of European Union, which should protect
and maintain banking stability and to assess this regulation.
At the beginning of the article it will be focused on the term “banking stability” and its importance
for different groups of stakeholders (these four entities were chosen to demonstrate practical side of
banking stability-a state, bank owners, banking clients and public).
Then article introduces European legislation, which should help to maintain banking stability.
At the end of the article is European legislation assessed from the point of above-mentioned
stakeholders
