Espiritualidad del humor en tiempos de incertidumbre

Abstract

Podemos tener la tentación de pensar que vivir a fondo el presente, en respuesta al continuo insinuarse de Dios en la historia y en nuestras personas, es cuestión de caras serías, actitudes radicales, argumentos graves y transformaciones de raíz. El humor y la risa aportan una sabiduría diferente, despiertan energías al servicio de la vida y contribuyen al crecimiento espiritual. El humor, en realidad, nos muestra que las cosas pueden verse y vivirse de formas diversas, lejos de las rutinas y hdbítos cotidianos, es factor de resiliencia, relativiza lo terrible de la realidad, flexibiliza las rígidices, estrecha vínculos, nos acerca a un Dios que sonríe y nos invita a ser familia, etc.

Wé could be tempted to think that living folly in the present, in response to the continuous intimation of God in history and in our people, ís a mafter of grave faces, radical attitudes, seríous discussions and core transformations. Humour and laughter ojfer a dijferent kind of wísdom; they awaken energies to serve lije and contríbute to spiritual growth. In fact, humour shows us that there are dif ferent ways of looking at things and experiencing things, far from daily routines

and habits; it is a source of resilience, it relativises the harshness of reality, bends the rigidity of things, forges bonds, and brings us closer to a God that smiles and invites us to be a fomily, etc.
