OPTIMIZACIÓN DE PROCESOS EMPRESARIALES: LA AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE DATOS

Abstract

Nos encontramos en un mundo cada vez más dinámico y competitivo donde la tecnología ha revolucionado como trabajamos y a que dedicamos nuestro tiempo. Si antes empleábamos una gran parte de la jornada laboral en tareas rutinarias como la recolección de datos y la generación de informes, hoy la aparición de herramientas de automatización ha hecho que estas tareas se vuelvan cada vez más automatizadas y menos dependientes de la intervención humana directa. En este trabajo de investigación, se estudiará en primer lugar, el cambio en el rol del empleado como resultado de la implementación de sistemas automatizados, estudiando el impacto de herramientas como SQL y Google Scripts en la optimización de procesos de recolección, actualización y entrega de informes de datos. En segundo lugar, se estudiará al empleado actual en la empresa analizando mediante un cuestionario, el tiempo empleado en su puesto de trabajo realizando tareas monótonas y rutinarias. Para finalizar la investigación, se estudiará el caso de Job&Talent, una multinacional donde estás prácticas ya se ha implementado de forma exitosa.

We find ourselves in an increasingly dynamic and competitive world, where technology has revolutionized how we work and how our time at work is spent. If before we used to dedicate a large part of the workday on routine tasks such as generating reports from updated data, today the emergence of automation tools has optimized the time we need to spend on these tasks, making them increasingly automated and less dependent on direct human intervention. In this research project, we will first study the change in employee’s role as a result of these automated systems, focusing on tools such as SQL and Google Scripts for the collection of data, updating and report delivery processes. Furthermore, through a questionnaire, the time spent on these types of tasks by a typical employee will be studied, looking at the time spent in a workday performing monotonous and routine tasks. To conclude the research, what has been learned will be analyzed by looking at the case of Job&Talent, a multinational where these codes have successfully been implemented to streamline recurring tasks.
