El Pazo de Golmar. Restauración energética sostenibley preservación de patrimonio

Abstract

El proyecto de restauración del Pazo de Golmar tiene como objetivo convertir este emblemático edificio histórico, construido en el siglo XV, en un complejo turístico sostenible que combine la conservación del patrimonio histórico con la protección del medio ambiente. Para ello, se han diseñado sistemas de agua caliente sanitaria y climatización mediante aerotermia, así como la electrificación del pazo, con puntos de recarga de vehículos eléctricos. Además, se ha instalado una planta fotovoltaica de 89 kWp, que abastecerá de energía renovable a todo el complejo y reducirá su huella de carbono.

The restoration project of the Pazo de Golmar aims to convert this emblematic historic building, built in the 15th century, into a sustainable tourist complex that combines the conservation of historical heritage with the protection of the environment. For it, Domestic hot water and aerothermal air conditioning systems have been designed, as well as the electrification of the manor, with electric vehicle charging points. In addition, an 89 kWp photovoltaic plant has been installed, which will supply renewable energy to the entire complex and reduce its carbon footprint.
