Estudio de la oferta de la Movilidad como Servicio y propuesta de optimización de un carsharing freefloating

Abstract

Los principales problemas del carsharing en Madrid son la disponibilidad de vehículo en origen y la de aparcamiento en destino. Se han analizado siete propuestas innovadoras que ayuden a Voltio, carsharing de Mutua Madrileña, a mitigar estos problemas. Las iniciativas son: habilitación de aparcamientos subterráneos, dos esquemas de relación con El Corte Inglés, incorporación de un planificador de ruta, reserva anticipada de aparcamiento, multimodalidad con un operador de patinetes y suscripción de vehículo por franjas horarias. También se ha realizado un estudio sobre el sector de la Movilidad como servicio en Madrid y su papel fundamental en el futuro de la capital española.

The main friction points to the use of carsharing in Madrid are the availability of a vehicle in the origin point and the availability of parking space near the destination. Seven innovative proposals have been analyzed to help Voltio, the carsharing company of Mutua Madrileña to mitigate those problems. The proposals are the enablement of underground parking spots, two relationship schemes with El Corte Inglés, enablement of route planification in the app, advanced booking of a parking space at the destination, multimodality with a scooter provider and vehicle timeslot subscription. Moreover, a study of the Mobility-as-a-Service ecosystem of Madrid is performed and its pivotal importance for the future of the Spanish capital is analyzed.
