Estudio de caso el juego de las sillas y cómo varían en función del sistema

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal examinar la influencia de las relaciones familiares en un contexto donde se observan transmisiones de síntomas. Se enfatizará la importancia de las dinámicas familiares y las interacciones entre hermanos en este proceso. Se evaluará la efectividad del tratamiento desde una perspectiva sistémica, analizando las técnicas empleadas para reducir los síntomas en el entorno familiar con el propósito de identificar estrategias eficaces que promuevan la salud emocional y relacional de todos los miembros. El proceso terapéutico se llevó a cabo de manera presencial entre septiembre de 2023 y mayo de 2024, con un total de 35 sesiones. Se evaluó a la familia mediante una entrevista clínica estructurada, el Cuestionario de Calidad de Vida y el SENA. La intervención se centró en objetivos como romper la circularidad, reajustar expectativas según el ciclo vital del menor y mejorar la gestión y regulación emocional. Los resultados de este estudio de caso indican que la intervención sistémica ha sido parcialmente eficaz en alcanzar los objetivos planteados. Entre las limitaciones se encuentran el señalamiento del hijo sintomático y la rigidez de los progenitores. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of family relationships in a context where symptom transmission is observed. The importance of family dynamics and sibling interactions in this process will be emphasized. The effectiveness of the treatment from a systemic perspective will be evaluated, analyzing the techniques used to reduce symptoms in the family environment with the aim of identifying effective strategies that promote the emotional and relational health of all members. The therapeutic process was conducted in person between September 2023 and May 2024, with a total of 35 sessions. The family was evaluated through a structured clinical interview, the Quality of Life Questionnaire, and the SENA. The intervention focused on objectives such as breaking circularity, readjusting expectations according to the minor's developmental stage, and improving emotional management and regulation. The results of this case study indicate that the systemic intervention has been partially effective in achieving the set objectives. Among the limitations are the labeling of the symptomatic child and the rigidity of the parents. Keywords: emotional regulation, symptom transmission, siblings, case study, family therapy.
