Líneas inspiradoras de la Constitución Apostólica Praedicate Evangelium

Abstract

.La Constitución Apostólica del Papa Francisco Praedicate Evangelium (PE), de 19 de marzo de 2022, ha llevado a cabo una importante reforma de la Curia Romana, continuando, ampliando y completando la línea de renovaciones y novedades que ya se venía dando desde los primeros compases de este papado. La reforma ha querido situar a la Curia en el enfoque sinodal que quiere dar al Papa a la Iglesia, así como acentuar su carácter misionero y su contribución a la comunión eclesial, y, en su funcionamiento, la descentralización, la participación y la índole pastoral e instrumental. En su estructura destaca la novedad del término “instituciones curiales” para todos los organismos y entidades, y que pasan a denominarse “dicasterios” los organismos se distinguían entre “Congregaciones” y “Pontificios consejos”

The Apostolic Constitution of Pope Francis Praedicate Evangelium (PE), of March 19, 2022, has carried out an important reform of the Roman Curia, continuing, expanding and completing the line of renovations and innovations that had already been taking place since the first compasses of this papacy. The reform sought to place the Curia in the synodal approach that the Pope wants to give to the Church, as well as to accentuate its missionary character and its contribution to the ecclesial communion, and, in its operation, decentralization, participation and its pastoral and instrumental nature. In its structure stands out the novelty of the term “curial institutions” for all its entities, and “dicasteries” for those previously called «Congregations” or “Pontifical Councils”.
