Derecho de los niños y niñas con problemas de conducta a ser oídos
Abstract
El derecho a ser escuchados del niño y la niña acogidos en un centro
especializado para menores con problemas de conducta ha tenido su desarrollo en la Ley
Orgánica 8/2015. Nos encontramos ante una regulación escueta que requiere ser
completada por la regulación general, la Convención y su interpretación por el Comité
de los Derechos del Niño. Tanto el derecho a ser informado como el derecho a ser
asistido son aspectos del derecho que generan especial preocupación por su falta de
