Responsabilidad civil de los daños causados por drones y su aseguramiento
Abstract
En este trabajo se pretende abordar el tema de la
responsabilidad civil en que puede incurrir el operador del
dron por los daños causados a terceros y su aseguramiento.
El dron es un sistema susceptible de causar daños con su
propia estructura y elementos en terceros y en propiedades
ajenas, causando igualmente daños en materia de privacidad
y protección de datos con una gran relevancia.
Por ello, en este trabajo abordaremos el concepto legal de
dron, los distintos riesgos a cubrir con el seguro obligatorio
de responsabilidad civil, así como los elementos delimitadores
de dicho seguro, máxime en un contexto como en el que nos
encontramos en los que el paisaje urbano se va llenado poco
a poco de este tipo de sistemas de transporte. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the civil liability that
may be incurred by the drone operator for damages caused
to third parties and their insurance. The drone is a system
susceptible to cause damages with its own structure and
elements in third parties and in other properties, also causing
damages in terms of privacy and data protection with a great
relevance.
Therefore, in this paper we will deal with the legal concept
of drone, the different risks to be covered by the mandatory
liability insurance, as well as the delimiting elements of such
insurance, especially in a context such as the one we are in,
in which the urban landscape is gradually being filled with
this type of transport systems
