Abstract

Este Trabajo analiza de forma integral el fenómeno del transhumanismo desde una perspectiva económica, social y ética. El estudio combina una sólida revisión teórica con un análisis empírico, que incluye tanto el comportamiento bursátil de empresas transhumanistas como una encuesta universitaria sobre la predisposición a la mejora humana. En sus primeros capítulos, el trabajo expone los fundamentos históricos y filosóficos del transhumanismo, deteniéndose en sus aplicaciones médicas, sus potenciales económicos y los desafíos éticos que plantea. A partir de ahí, se examina la conexión entre tecnocracia y transhumanismo, así como la viabilidad financiera de empresas que comercializan estas tecnologías. Finalmente, se modeliza la aceptación social de estas mejoras mediante algoritmos de regresión logística. El trabajo concluye que, si bien el transhumanismo ofrece oportunidades significativas en salud y productividad, también exige una regulación ética rigurosa que garantice su desarrollo justo y equitativo.

This Project offers a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of transhumanism from an economic, social, and ethical perspective. The study combines a solid theoretical framework with empirical analysis, including both the stock performance of transhumanist companies and a university survey on attitudes towards human enhancement. The early chapters explore the historical and philosophical foundations of transhumanism, examining its medical applications, economic potential, and the ethical dilemmas it entails. The paper then delves into the relationship between technocracy and transhumanism, as well as the financial feasibility of companies offering enhancement technologies. Finally, it models public acceptance through logistic regression algorithms. The study concludes that, while transhumanism presents significant opportunities in health and productivity, it also demands strict ethical regulation to ensure fair and equitable development.
