Los encuentros consentidos entre agresor y víctima de violencia de género cuando existe orden de protección

Abstract

El presente estudio surge por la necesidad de profundizar más en los encuentros que se dan entre victimario y víctima de violencia de género cuando existe una orden de alejamiento de por medio, para así poder conocer sus causas y consecuencias, así como el alcance del consentimiento de la víctima y grado de concienciación de la población general sobre la frecuencia de este fenómeno. Para ello, se lleva a cabo de manera cualitativa una revisión bibliográfica y entrevistas, y de manera cuantitativa, la difusión de un cuestionario para la población. Las preguntas de investigación de este trabajo, por tanto, giran en torno a la necesidad de una mayor sensibilización, el cuestionamiento de las causas, de las consecuencias, y de los factores psicosociales de la víctima que influyen. Los principales hallazgos del estudio se presentan al final de éste.

This study arises from the need to delve deeper into the encounters between the perpetrator and the victim of gender-based violence when a restraining order is in place. The goal is to understand the causes and consequences of these encounters, as well as the importance of the victim’s consent and the population's awareness of the frequency of this phenomenon. To achieve this, a qualitative approach is used, including a literature review and interviews, while a quantitative approach involves the distribution of a questionnaire to the general population. The research questions of this study revolve around the need for greater awareness, the examination of causes and consequences, and the psychosocial factors influencing the victim. The main findings of the study are presented at the end.
