El Estatuto Real de 1834 como texto legal catalizador de tendencias constitucionales, tanto las de su contemporaneidad europea, como las tradicionales de la Monarquía Hispánica. Sus novedades: el bicameralismo, la responsabilidad ministerial y el normal desarrollo de la vida parlamentaria. La multiplicidad de facetas y versatilidad del texto según las circunstancias y voluntad del Ministerio existente. El texto como parte de una organización política y legal compleja, la de la fase final del Antiguo Régimen en España.

The Royal Statute of 1834 as a legal text catalyzer of constitutional trends, this includes both those of its European contemporaneity and the traditional ones of the Hispanic Monarchy.
