financiero global. Esto ha propiciado que la comunidad internacional advierta la
gravedad los problemas asociados con los paraísos fiscales y se movilice en la búsqueda
de soluciones. Este trabajo persigue, mediante el análisis comparado de distintas fuentes
de Derecho Internacional y de documentos publicados por distintos actores
internacionales, ofrecer una visión crítica y de conjunto de las armas desarrolladas por

| dc.description.abstract | Globalization has turned tax havens into powerful players within the global financial
system. This situation has made the international community aware of the gravity of the
problems associated with tax havens, and has urged it to mobilize in the search for
solutions. The work presented engages in the comparative analysis of diverse sources of
International Law and documents published by international actors, in order to offer a
critical and overall view of the weapons developed by the international community to
