Inteligencia artificial: más máquinas, ¿más humanos?

Abstract

El artículo plantea una reflexión sobre el impacto de la tecnología en la humanidad: ¿nos hará más humanos o nos conducirá a la extinción? Se menciona la serie Years and Years, en la que una adolescente expresa su deseo de convertirse en digital, representando el transhumanismo, una corriente que busca mejorar o trascender la condición humana mediante la tecnología.

Se destaca el papel de la inteligencia artificial (IA), desde su versión más limitada (narrow AI) hasta la posibilidad de una Inteligencia Artificial General (AGI), que podría igualar o superar las capacidades humanas.
