Plan de Acción Tutorial para Educación Primaria basado en el Modelo Estratégico-Humanista

Abstract

La acción tutorial en Educación Primaria se considera un instrumento esencial en el desarrollo integral del alumnado, a pesar de no contar con una regulación específica en el marco legislativo actual. Su correcta implementación desde la orientación educativa permite acompañar el crecimiento emocional, social y cognitivo de los alumnos de forma adecuada. A través de un enfoque basado en la neuroeducación, y concretamente desde el modelo estratégico-humanista, este trabajo apuesta por una intervención temprana que fomente el autoconocimiento, la educación emocional y la estimulación de los procesos cognitivos. El modelo teórico se apoya en la Teoría PASS (Planificación, Atención, Simultáneo, Secuencial) de la Inteligencia y en la comprensión los comportamientos enmascaradores o procesamiento de las emociones, permitiendo una respuesta educativa más ajustada, preventiva y respetuosa con la diversidad. Este Plan de Acción Tutorial para Educación Primaria, con especial atención al tercer curso, promueve un trabajo transversal e involucra a toda la comunidad educativa (alumnado, profesorado y familias) con el objetivo de favorecer el desarrollo integral del alumnado, facilitar el aprendizaje y prevenir dificultades futuras mediante una acción estructurada, flexible y centrada en la persona.

Tutorial action in Primary Education is considered an essential instrument in the integral development of students, in spite of not having a specific regulation in the current legislative framework. A proper implementation from the school counseling allows to accompany the emotional, social and cognitive growth of the students. Through an approach based on neuroeducation and specifically from the Humanistic-Strategic Model, this project bets on an early intervention that promotes self-knowledge, emotional education and cognitive processes stimulation. The theoretical model is based on the PASS Theory of Intelligence (Planning, Attention, Simultaneous, Successive) and on the understanding of masking behaviors or emotional processing, allowing for a more tailored, preventive, and inclusive educational response to diversity. This Tutorial Action Plan for Primary Education, with a particular focus on third grade, promotes a transversal approach and involves the whole educational community (students, teachers and families) with the aim of favoring the integral development of students, facilitating learning and preventing future difficulties though a structured, flexible and person-centered intervention.
