Síntesis de la reforma organizativa jurisdiccional y de los nuevos tribunales de instancia

Abstract

.La Ley Orgánica 1/2025 introduce una reforma estructural del sistema judicial español, reemplazando los juzgados tradicionales por Tribunales de Instancia (TI) para optimizar recursos y mejorar la eficiencia. Los TI contarán con Secciones especializadas (como Familia, Violencia de Género, Mercantil, entre otras) y estarán apoyados por las Oficinas Judiciales. También se crean las Oficinas de Justicia en municipios sin sede judicial. Además, se establece el Tribunal Central de Instancia, con jurisdicción nacional. Esta transformación busca una justicia más accesible, organizada y funcional, sin alterar la independencia jurisdiccional de los jueces.

Organic Law 1/2025 reforms Spain's judicial system by replacing traditional courts with Courts of First Instance (Tribunales de Instancia) to enhance efficiency and optimize resources. These courts will have specialized Sections (Family, Gender Violence, Commercial, etc.) and will be supported by Judicial Offices. Justice Offices will also be created in municipalities without court headquarters. A Central Court of First Instance is established with national jurisdiction. This transformation aims to make justice more accessible, organized, and effective while preserving judicial independence.
