DICTAMEN JURÍDICO TRABAJO DE FIN DE MÁSTER ESPECIALIDAD DERECHO DE LA EMPRESA CURSO 2025/2026

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda y da respuesta a una serie de cuestiones formuladas desde la perspectiva de la relación profesional entre cliente y abogado, estructurándose conforme al formato propio de un dictamen jurídico, por ello en el documento se asume el rol de la intervención del autor del presente TFM como si de un letrado de dicha firma se tratase.

El caso práctico objeto de análisis se centra en la sociedad Industrias Corellia, S.L. y en las distintas oportunidades de negocio que se le presentan. A través del estudio de la normativa aplicable y de la jurisprudencia relevante, se desarrollan soluciones fundamentadas que permitan identificar y defender la opción más favorable para los intereses de nuestro cliente.

This paper addresses and responds to a series of questions formulated from the perspective of the professional relationship between client and solicitor, structured in accordance with the format of a legal opinion. Therefore, the document assumes the role of the author of this Dissertation as if he were a solicitor of said firm.

The case study under analysis focuses on the company Industrias Corellia, S.L. and the various business opportunities that arise. Through the study of applicable regulations and relevant case law, well-founded solutions are developed that allow us to identify and defend the option most favourable to our client's interests.
