La modificación, a través de hidrógeno atómico, de la energía de superficie de epicapas de GaAs (110) crecidas a altas temperaturas con haces moleculares de Ga y As4, ha sido investigado por fuerza de fricción microscopía (FFM). Atomic hydrogen modification of the surface energy of GaAs (110) epilayers, grown at high temperatures from molecular beams of Ga and As4, has been investigated by friction force microscopy (FFM).
