Abstract
La implantación en línea de haz y la irradiación del acelerador de iones tándem del Centro de Micro Análisis de Materiales (CMAM), en Madrid, se ha terminado recientemente con un sistema de monitoreo y barrido del haz, un horno/criostato.
 
The implantation and irradiation beamline of the Tandem ion accelerator of the Centro de Micro Análisis de Materiales (CMAM), in Madrid, has been recently completed with a beam sweep and monitoring system and a cryostat/furnace.
