Estudio y modelado de la unidad de potencia de un rifle de PCP

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en el estudio y modelado de la unidad de potencia de un rifle de aire pre-comprimido (PCP) centrándonos tanto en el mecanismo del mismo, así como en el comportamiento del aire en su utilización como fluido de trabajo. El modelo a estudiar es el Airforce Condor por ser uno de los más completos del mercado en cuanto a prestaciones y calidad. A través del modelado analítico y numérico de las diferentes etapas del rifle, se identificarán los parámetros que intervienen en el funcionamiento del mismo, y como dichos parámetros pueden ser optimizados para lograr un mayor rendimiento en las armas de PCP.

This project involves the study and modeling the power unit of a Pre-Charged Pneumatic rifle (PCP), focusing on the body of the gun as well as the behavior of air and its use as a working fluid. The Airforce Condor PCP rifle will be analyzed because of its performance and quality as compressed air weapon. The parameters of the rifle involved during the firing stage will be indentified and optimized in order to obtain better performance. Analytical and numerical methods will constitute the base of this analysis.
