The importance of Financial Culture and its treatment in academic research on finance, auditing and accounting
Abstract
El objetivo principal de este capítulo es poner de manifiesto la importancia de la educación financiera en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad, revisando cómo la cultura financiera ha sido tratada en la investigación en el área financiera y contable. The main objective of this chapter is to present an overview of financial culture and its treatment in academic research in finance, and to highlight the benefits derived from an appropriate financial education for the whole society.
