Desarticular las señales: la estética como una forma radical de hacer filosofía

Abstract

A la vista de algunos desarrollos y críticas actuales del sentido de la Estética, se hace una revisión de su objeto y su sentido, recordando por un lado las circunstancias del nacimiento de la Estética como disciplina filosófica y su reducción posterior al punto de vista del arte y sus límites. Se aborda de modo polémico la presunta (hiper)estetización del mundo, que se refuta como más bien hipersemiotización, para, a la luz de algunas aportaciones del arte y el pensamiento estético contemporáneos, replantear la tarea de la Estética como un modo radical de filosofar que, antes que nada, desmonta los significados impuestos y desarticula las señales cerradas. El pensamiento estético, lejos de aplacar, debe avivar el enigma de la experiencia estética y de la mirada del artista sobre el mundo y la sociedad.

In view of some developments and current criticisms of the sense of the Aesthetics, its object and meaning is revised, remembering in the one hand the circumstances of the birth of Aesthetics as a philosophical discipline and its later reduction to the point of view of the Art and its limits. The presumed (hyper)aesthetization of the world, which is refuted rather as hypersemiotization is dealt with in a polemic way, in order to raise again, in light of some contributions to the art and the contemporary aesthetical thinking, the task of the Aesthetics as a radical way of philosophy that, first of all, disassemble the imposed meanings and break up the closed signals. The aesthetic thinking, far from soothing, should strengthen the enigma of the aesthetic experience and the way of looking of the artist over the world and the society.
