Valoración de startups. Indicadores de riesgo y garantías de viabilidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende aglutinar una parte representativa del saber doctrinal publicado hasta la fecha en materia de factores observables condicionantes de las probabilidades o expectativas de éxito y supervivencia de las startups, configurando un marco conceptual lo más completo e integrador posible que permita un análisis más preciso y fiable de las garantías de viabilidad de una startup tanto para emprendedores como para inversores reales y potenciales.

This paper purports to bring together a representative sample of the existing literature and knowledge previously published in relation to observable factors affecting the probabilities or expectations of success and survival for startup firms, designing a more complete and integrative conceptual framework which allows for a more accurate and reliable analysis of the guarantees of the viability of a particular startup firm, in the interest of both entrepreneurs and real or potential investors.
