La problemática fiscal del denominado fraude carrusel y medidas para combatirlo

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta un estudio del conocido como fraude carrusel, centrándose en su funcionamiento, sus causas, diferentes modalidades y analizando la responsabilidad en la que incurren los sujetos participantes. Se exponen las principales medidas implementadas y las propuestas que se han realizado para combatirlo, llevando a cabo un análisis crítico de estas para discernir su eficacia. Con el presente trabajo se pretende ofrecer al lector una forma rápida y sencilla para comprender el fraude carrusel, contribuyendo así a proporcionar una mirada concisa y eficaz a esta figura.

This work presents a study of the so-called carousel fraud, focusing on its functioning, its causes, the different modalities and analyzing the responsibility incurred by the participating subjects. The main measures implemented and the proposals that have been made to combat it are presented, carrying out a critical analysis of these to discern its effectiveness. The present work aims to offer the reader a quick and easy way to understand the carousel fraud, thus contributing to provide a concise and effective look at this figure.
