Abstract
Este trabajo pretende ahondar en la Educación Inclusiva en España, realizando un marco normativo que recoge tanto la perspectiva a nivel internacional, como lo ocurrido en las últimas décadas a nivel nacional. El cuerpo del trabajo se centra en detectar las deficiencias del sistema de educación superior en relación a la atención de las personas con diversidad funcional, tales como la falta de formación del cuerpo docente, o la insuficiencia de recursos materiales, que buscan facilitar la completa consecución de los objetivos que entraña la superación de una educación superior. También se hará mención al sistema de financiación de dichas Universidades, en aras a entender cómo se distribuyen dichos fondos en los programas de desarrollo. his work aims to delve into Inclusive Education in Spain, making a regulatory framework that includes both the perspective at the international level, and what happened in recent decades at the national level. The body of the work focuses on detecting the deficiencies of the higher education system in relation to the care of people with functional diversity services, such as the lack of education about Inclusive education in the professional body of the faculty, or the insufficient material resources, that are designed to look for the full achievement of the objectives that implies the overcoming of a higher education. It also refers to the financing system of these universities, in a sense as how funds are distributed in development programs
