El derecho a jugar en los proyectos de acción humanitaria y cooperación al desarrollo. Estudios de casos: Tanzania y Kenia

Abstract

Todos los niños y niñas del mundo tienen derecho a jugar. O deberían tenerlo. Este trabajo realiza un análisis sobre el derecho a jugar, su codificación e implementación a nivel universal, especialmente en los proyectos de cooperación internacional al desarrollo y de acción humanitaria. Para ello, se investiga sobre los elementos necesarios para que la acción de jugar se desarrolle con normalidad en cualquier parte del mundo, y se estudia su implementación en un barrio a las afueras de una ciudad tanzana, y en un campamento de refugiados keniano, para terminar realizando una comparativa entre ambas realidades y la implementación de este derecho en España.

All children in the world have the right to play. Or they should have it. This investigation analyzes the right to play, its codification and implementation at a universal level, focusing on international cooperation to development projects and humanitarian aid projects. To this aim, necessary elements for the implementation of this right have been studied in order to have the action of playing developed anywhere in the world; and its implementation has been studied in a neighborhood in the outskirts of a Tanzanian city, and in a Kenyan refugee camp; finishing by making a comparative between these two cases and the implementation of the right to play in Spain.
