Poder digital : inclusión y exclusión

Abstract

La primera parte del artículo se dedica a explicar qué es y cómo se articula el poder en las relaciones sociales. Presenta dos conceptos de justicia como reguladora del poder, y da una panorámica histórica para sostener que la integración por los mercados es la clave de la integración social hoy. La segunda parte se dedica a discutir en qué consiste la digitalización de la economía, cuáles son sus características, qué sujeto social tiene protagonismo en ella y qué cambio en las velocidades de aprendizaje produce. La tercera parte se ocupa de dos problemas de justicia e integración social específicos de la digitalización de la economía: la brecha digital y el empleo. Termina planteando la cuestión de los instrumentos políticos para hacer frente a la última cuestión.

The first part of the article explains what power means in social relations and how is it articulated. It presents two concepts of justice as regulator of power and gives a historical panoramic in order to hold that the key of the social integration today is the integration by the markets. The second part discusses what the digitalization of the economy consists of, what are its characteristics, what social subject has a leading role in it, and what are the changes in learning speeds produced by digitalization. The third part deals with two problems of justice and social integration, particular problems of the digitalization of the economy: the digital divide and the employment. It finishes by bringing up the question of the political instruments to face the last question.
