| dc.description | El objetivo principal del proyecto será el diseño del sistema de climatización para un edificio de oficinas tecnológicas situado en Madrid. Para el mismo se identificarán las cargas térmicas que afectan al propio edificio teniendo en cuenta la climatología de Madrid (gráfico psicrométrico), la afluencia de personas, equipos eléctricos y electrónicos etc. El diseño deberá cumplir con el Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios (RITE). | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El objeto de este proyecto es la climatización de un edificio de oficinas tecnológicas en Madrid conforme a la regulación vigente. El edificio está compuesto por tres plantas, cuya superficie total es de 2946 m2 (2672 m2 climatizados). En aras de conseguir el confort térmico de los ocupantes se fijarán las condiciones interiores con una temperatura de 24ºC HR: 50% en verano y 22ºC en invierno. En verano, se calcularán las cargas térmicas por transmisión, radiación y las cargas internas de ocupación, iluminación y equipos. En invierno, se hallarán tan solo las cargas por transmisión (el resto ayuda a la climatización). Además, se impulsará más aire del necesario para ventilar, generando una sobrepresión, y evitando así infiltraciones. La climatización se llevará a cabo con fancoils al ser un edificio de oficinas. La ventilación necesaria según la norma RITE (IDA 2) se llevará a cabo mediante un climatizador que tomará aire del exterior y lo distribuirá a través de una red de conductos. En total se instalarán 120 fancoils y un climatizador. La producción de agua caliente y fría se llevará a cabo a través de dos calderas de potencia nominal 265 kW y dos grupos frigoríficos de 242 kW. Se han seleccionado dos de cada una para asegurar el funcionamiento de la instalación en caso de avería. El agua fría y caliente viajarán de la enfriadora de agua y caldera, respectivamente, hacia el climatizador y los fancoils a través de tuberías de acero DIN-2440. 28 bombas centrífugas, que se ubicarán en la sala de máquinas (la mitad serán de reserva), impulsarán el agua. | dc.description.abstract | The aim of this project is the air conditioning of the technological offices in Madrid according to the current regulation. The building is composed of three floors, whose total area is 2946 m2 (2672 m2 air-conditioned). The indoor temperature conditions are 24ºC RH: 50% in summer and 22ºC in winter. In summer, the thermal loads are calculated by transmission, radiation and the internal loads of occupation, lighting, and equipment. In winter, they will be only in the loads by transmission (the rest helps the air conditioning). In addition, more air will be forced to ventilate, generating an overpressure, and thus avoiding infiltrations. The air conditioning is carried out with fancoils to be an office building. The necessary ventilation according to the RITE standard (IDA 2) is carried out by means of an air conditioner that takes air from the outside and distributes it through a network of ducts. A total of 120 fan coils and an air conditioner will be installed. The production of hot and cold water is transmitted through two boilers of nominal power 265 kW and two refrigeration units of 242 kW. They have been selected twice to ensure the operation of the installation in case of failure. The hot and cold-water travels from the water chiller and boiler, respectively, to the air conditioner and the fan coils through DIN-2440 steel pipes. 28 centrifugal pumps, which will be located in the engine room, will boost the water. The total amount of the budget of the air conditioning project of this document of technological offices of Madrid is € 672,560. | en-GB |
