Comprensión psicoanalítica del trastorno de identidad disociativo
Abstract
El Trastorno Disociativo de Identidad es una patología que nos deja ver la complejidad de la
mente humana. A lo largo de la historia, hemos podido observar la controversia con respecto a la
existencia de este trastorno, siendo difícil de diferenciar de otros cuadros como la esquizofrenia.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo aportar un marco teórico sobre dicho trastorno, así como
diferenciarlo de otros cuadros y entender su origen y psicodinámica para así poder llevar a cabo
su correcto diagnóstico y posteriormente su correcta intervención, desde una perspectiva
psicoanalítica. The Dissociative Identity Disorder is a pathology that depicts the complexity of the human mind.
Throughout history, we have observed the controversy regarding the existence of this disorder,
being difficult to differentiate from other conditions such as schizophrenia. Present work aims at
providing a theoretical framework about the already stated disorder, as well as differentiate it
from other conditions, and understand its origin and psychodynamic in order to its correct
diagnostic and subsequently its correct intervention, from a psychoanalytical perspective.
