| dc.description.abstract | El fútbol es el deporte más practicado en todo el mundo, millones de personas juegan a él. Con la práctica de cualquier deporte, existe la posibilidad de sufrir algún tipo de lesión. En el caso del fútbol existe una alta incidencia de lesiones, y al ser practicado por tantos millones de personas,puede considerarse un problema de salud pública.
Los clubes deportivos profesionales tienen el presupuesto suficiente para contar entre sus trabajadores con profesionales de la salud que ofrecen a sus jugadores conocimientos necesarios para prevenir lesiones y promocionar su propia salud, además de garantizar una
buena atención en el mismo momento de sufrir algún tipo de lesión y posteriormente realizar
una buena rehabilitación. Sin embargo, la gran mayoría de personas que juega al fútbol en España no son profesionales y, por lo tanto, no pertenecen a clubes que dispongan un equipo sanitario.
Por esto, se va a realizar un proyecto educativo, dirigido al C.D. Yunquera, un club humilde de la provincia de Guadalajara formado en su totalidad por jugadores amateur.
Con este proyecto se pretende proporcionar a todos sus integrantes una educación sanitaria mínima para actuar de forma correcta y realizar unos buenos primeros auxilios en caso de sufrir alguna lesión, además de promocionar su salud y modificar factores predisponentes a las lesiones.
El enfermero impartirá este curso a los 30 integrantes del club de fútbol repartido en 3 sesiones en los meses de Agosto y Septiembre.
Dado que entra dentro de sus competencias, un enfermero experto en enfermería deportiva será el encargado de transmitir sus conocimientos de manera sencilla a todos los miembros del club para poder lograr los objetivos propuestos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Football is the most practiced sport around the world, millions of people play to it. With the practice of any sport, there is the possibility of suffering some type of injury. In the case of football exist a high incidence of injuries, and when practiced by so many millions of people, it can be considered a public health problem.
Professional sports clubs have the budget to count among their workers with health professionals who offer their players knowledge necessary to prevent injuries and promove their own health, as well as ensuring good care at the same time of suffering sorne type of injury and then carry out a good rehabilitation. However, a lot of people who play football in Spain are not professionals and, therefore,don't belong to clubs that have a health team.
For this reason, is going to do an educational project, directed to the C.D. Yunquera, a humble club in Guadalajara's province formed entirely by amateur players.
With this project is intented to provide all its members with a mínimum health education to act correctly and perform a good first aid in case of suffering an injury, in addition to promoting their health and modify factors predisposing to injuries.
The nurse will give this course to the 30 members of the football club, divided into 3 sessions in the months of August and September.
Given that he falls within his competencies, a nurse expert in sports nursing will be in charge of transmitting his knowledge in a simple way to all the members of the club to be able to achieve the proposed objectives. | es_ES |
