Consideraciones sobre un posible cambio en las relaciones Estado-Iglesia en España

Abstract

En la actual situación socio-política española se pretenden modificar drásticamente las relaciones Estado español-Iglesia católica a través del cambio o derogación de los Acuerdos con la Santa Sede y de la Ley Orgánica de Libertad Religiosa. Después de revisar los fundamentos de la pretendida reforma o supresión, este trabajo expone los temas o aspectos sobre los que el autor cree que debe producirse un cambio en dicha normativa, intentando argumentar que la derogación o denuncia unilateral de dicha legislación no tiene fundamento.

In the current Spanish socio-political situation, the relationship between the States and the Catholic Church are trying to drastically modify through the change or repeal of the Agreements with the Holy See and the Organic Law of Religious Freedom. After reviewing the foundations of the alleged reform or supression, this work exposes the issues and aspects on which the author believes that there should be a change in susch legislation, trying to argue that the repeal or unilateral denunciation of such legislation in not supported by evidence.
