Análisis de la percepción del miedo y angustia ante la muerte en adolescentes escolares urbanos

Abstract

La muerte, sus diferentes ritos y reacciones ante ella ha sido un tema que la sociedad ha tratado de muchas formas. Cada sociedad, cada cultura y cada época lo ha visto y tratado de diferentes formas: unas lo ven como un paso de un mundo a otro, otras como el fin de una etapa y el comienzo de otra y otras simplemente como el fin. Teníamos curiosidad por saber si los adolescentes actuales pensaban en ella, ya que en nuestra sociedad actual es un tema que tratamos de esconder. Los resultados obtenidos han sido que más de la mitad de los encuestados si habían pensado en ella alguna vez, muchos también han dicho que sentirían miedo y mucha angustia por no saber qué hacer si les faltara algún familiar. Muchos de ellos también habían experimentado muertes de seres queridos y nos explicaron que sintieron mucha pena por no poder volverá pasar más tiempo con esa persona.

Death, her different rites and responses has been a subject that society has tried in many ways. Every society, every culture and every era has seen and treated in different ways: some see it as a passage from one world to another, others like the end of an era and the beginning of another and others simply like the end. We needed to know if today's teenagers thought about it, because in our society is a subject we try to hide. Results have been that more than half of respondents had ever thought of it , many have also said they would feel fear and anguish of not knowing what to do if they lacked a family member. Many had also experienced deaths of loved ones and explained that they felt very sorry for not being able to return to spend more time with that person.
