Diferencias sanitarias regionales en España. Especial referencia a la CC.AA. de Galicia: situación y soluciones.

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado realiza un recorrido a lo largo del sistema sanitario español, tratando de hallar las claves que permitan un mejor rendimiento del mismo. Se partirá de una descripción del sistema sanitario en su conjunto, haciendo referencia a la evolución histórica del mismo, a la gestión financiera y al reparto de competencias, para posteriormente estudiar la situación actual de cada comunidad autónoma, analizando sus niveles de gasto y privatización a nivel sanitario, comentando particularidades de su gestión y comprobando su efectividad. En una segunda parte del trabajo, basada en el estudio realizado anteriormente, el análisis se trasladará a Galicia, para examinar su situación actual y proponer posibles medidas que puedan impulsar el rendimiento existente y aliviar las problemáticas actuales.

This paper examines the Spanish healthcare system, trying to find the keys that allow for better performance. The paper begins with a description of the healthcare system as a whole, with reference to its historical evolution, financial management and the distribution of competences, to subsequently study the current situation of each autonomous region will be studied, analyzing its levels of spending and privatization in the health sector, commenting on the specifics of its management and verifying its effectiveness. In the second part of the paper, based on the study carried out previously, the analysis will focus in Galicia, examining its current situation and proposing possible measures that can boost existing performance and alleviate current problems.
