Abstract

Con la intención de destacar la importancia del dialogo jurisprudencial en los sistemas de protección de derechos humanos, interamericano y europeo, el presente documento señala el protagonismo progresivo que, en materia migratoria, específicamente inmigración irregular, ha tomado a través de las diversas sentencias de los tribunales. Evidenciando con ello la búsqueda de una posición humanista, pero todavía tímida.

With the intention of highlighting the importance of jurisprudential dialogue in the systems of protection of human rights, inter-American and European, this document points out the progressive role that, in migration matters, specifically irregular immigration, it has taken through the various judgments of the courts. Thus evidencing the search for a humanistic position, but still shy.
