CONDUCTA DELICTIVA DE MENORES EN EL TRÁFICO DE DROGAS

Abstract

Existen menores en la actualidad que se inician en el consumo y el tráfico de drogas, esta tendencia se debe a su conducta antisocial debido a varios factores que lo provocan. La hiperactividad, agresividad, un ambiente sociofamiliar desfavorecido, el fracaso o absentismo escolar y un entorno familiar con diversas dificultades aumentan la probabilidad de que los menores se conviertan en infractores. La adolescencia supone un cambio importante ya que se encuentra situada entre la infancia y la edad adulta, por ello los ambientes o situaciones en las cuales se introduce el menor son decisivas para cometer actos delictivos. A su vez, los menores también experimentan cambios emocionales y tienden a romper las normas o revelarse. Las amistades o grupos sociales con las que establecen vínculos pueden suponer un factor de riesgo que incite a la delincuencia o un factor de protección determinante. Es importante indagar en los factores de prevención que van a hacer posibles la disminución de la conducta delictiva en un futuro y por tanto asegurar el bienestar personal y social de los menores.

This Tendency is due to their antisocial behavior. There are severals factors that cause it as hyperactivity, aggressiveness, a disadvantaged social and family environment, school failure or absenteeism. A difficult family environment increases the probability of minors becoming law transgressors.

The adolescence age is an important change is their lives. It is the phase between the childhood and the adult age. On that moment it becomes more important the atmosphere and situations where they go in to. These situations are momentousness for committing criminal acts. At the same time, they experiment emotional changes and they tend to brake the rules and reveal themselves.

Their friend and social groups were they establish their friendships can affect them so much that we can considered it, a risk factor that incites crime, or a protective one that can shield them.

It’s important to investigate and search these as factors of prevention, that are going to make possible the reduction of criminal behavior in the future and therefore guarantee a personal and social wellness in minors.
