Financial and Economic Viability of a Hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Abstract

The stable tourism in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the lack of 4 stars in the old town makes the opportunity to happen to create a hotel that offers something different to the clients in the capital. The objective of this project is to study and determine the viability of a new hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. I will analyze the economic and financial viability of buying a building in Vegueta and convert it into a hotel.
