La satisfacción vital en relación al estrés percibido y la autoestima
Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio fue investigar la relación entre la satisfacción con la vida con otras
variables que pueden afectar a la calidad de vida, en concreto el estrés percibido y la autoestima.
Para ello, se realizó un estudio ex post facto retrospectivo, transversal, correlaciona!. Se trabajó
con una muestra de 73 hombres y 164 mujeres españoles de entre 18 a 99 años. Los
instrumentos utilizados en el presente estudio fueron: La Escala de Satisfacción con la vida
(SWLS) para evaluar la satisfacción con la vida, la Escala de autoestima de Rosenberg, y la
Escala de estrés percibido (EEP). Los resultados confirman la relación positiva entre
satisfacción con la vida y autoestima. También que la autoestima varía en función de la edad,
habiendo realizado la investigación dividiendo a los participantes en dos grupos de edad y
siendo el grupo más joven (de 18 a 45 años) el que presenta niveles de autoestima más altos.
Por último, se ha confirmado que el estado civil también explica diferencias en la autoestima,
teniendo las personas casadas y divorciadas mayor autoestima que las personas solteras The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between life satisfaction with
other variables that can affect quality of life, specifically perceived stress and self-esteem. For
this, a retrospective, cross-sectional, correlational ex post facto study was carried out. We

varíes according to age, having carried out the research dividing the participants into two age
groups and the youngest group (18 to 45 years old) having the highest levels of self-esteem.
