Abstract
China is one of the most relevant countries nowadays thanks to the rapid growth experienced in recent years, known as the chinese miracle. However, after the implementation of the three red lines policy, some of the weaknesses of this system came to light. Indeed, one of the largest global developers, Evergrande, announced a debt of 300 billion dollars, in addition to liquidity problems, which have been followed by several bond defaults. This begs the question, are we facing a real estate bubble? Can the Chinese government avoid a global crisis?
