Implicaciones legales del proceso de digitalización del sector bancario

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado analiza el ecosistema financiero español en la actualidad post pandemia, con todos los cambios que ello supone. La llegada de las tecnologías al sector bancario comercial para quedarse y tomar el papel protagonista del futuro más próximo, los avances digitales que han tenido lugar y la respuesta de la sociedad a los mismos son los tres pilares fundamentales sobre los que se sustenta este análisis. Igualmente, se analiza la numerosa legislación a nivel europeo y a nivel nacional con el fin de trazar el marco regulatorio ante el que se encuentra el país en estos momentos, y se trazan unas primeras líneas para lo que será el futuro más inminente de la banca española.

This paper analyses the Spanish financial ecosystem in the current post-pandemic period, with all the changes that this entails. The arrival of technologies in the commercial banking sector to stay and take the leading role in the near future, the digital advances that have taken place and society's response to them are the three fundamental pillars on which this analysis is based. It also analyses the numerous pieces of legislation at European and national level in order to outline the regulatory framework that the country is currently facing, and outlines what the most imminent future of Spanish banking will be.
