Análisis del impacto de la cuarta revolución industrial en África

Abstract

El trabajo de fin de grado (TFG) pretende elaborar un análisis del impacto que tiene la cuarta revolución industrial en África. Para ello, se ha conducido un estudio de las causas externas (causas circunstanciales) e internas (causas estratégicas) que han llevado a África a ser el continente menos desarrollado. Igualmente, para comprender en profundidad el impacto que está teniendo la cuarta revolución industrial en el mundo, explicaré brevemente sus antecedentes y las principales innovaciones tecnológicas. También expondré las oportunidades que ofrece la adoptación de la Industria 4.0 en África, desarrollando un ejemplo con un gran impacto positivo del uso de una de sus tecnologías en el continente. No obstante, también mencionaré los riesgos que supone su implantación, así como las políticas que el gobierno debería abordar para evitarlos. Por último, realizaré una lista de resultados posteriores a la investigación, así como una serie de conclusiones que definan el desarrollo del trabajo.

The purpose of this final degree project (TFG) is to analyze the impact of the fourth industrial revolution in Africa. To this end, a study of the external causes (circumstantial causes) and internal causes (strategic causes) that have led Africa to be the least developed continent has been conducted. Similarly, in order to understand in depth, the impact that the fourth industrial revolution is having on the world, I will briefly explain its background and the main technological innovations. I will also expose the opportunities offered by the adoption of Industry 4.0 in Africa, developing an example with a great positive impact of the use of one of its technologies in the continent. However, I will also mention the risks involved in its implementation, as well as the policies that the government should address to avoid them. Finally, I will make a list of post-research results, as well as a series of conclusions that define the development of the project.
