Resumen
El objeto de esta aportación es analizar ciertos supuestos especiales de responsabilidad civil por daños al medio ambiente: la responsabilidad por daños al medio ambiente del comprador de un bien inmueble contaminado, y la responsabilidad civil del acreedor por los daños al medio ambiente producidos por su deudor.
 
The purpose of this work is to analyze certain special cases of environmental civil liability: the liability for environmental damages of the buyer of a contaminated real estate; and the civil liability of the creditor for the environmental damages caused by its debtor.
