No ha sido hasta más reciente cuando se han empezado a unir al debate de estos temas los impactos ecológicos y la necesidad de proponer nuevas soluciones para el cuidado de la sostenibilidad energética. Ante esta preocupación surgen diversas soluciones por la que la industria de criptoactivos se ha ido convirtiendo en un sector cada vez más sostenible, sin dejar de lado la necesidad de un trabajo constante por la mejora continuada del planeta y la concienciación social.
