Prostitución y gestación subrogada: un estudio ético y comparativo de los modelos de regulación en Europa
Abstract
Esta investigación se enfoca en el análisis ético y comparativo de la prostitución y la gestación subrogada en Europa. Mediante una metodología que combina la investigación documental y el análisis crítico, se analizan las perspectivas éticas, los modelos de regulación y el contexto histórico y cultural de ambos fenómenos. Se realiza un estudio comparativo de los enfoques adoptados en Países Bajos, España y Suecia. El objetivo es contribuir al debate ético, proporcionar recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones y mejorar los modelos de regulación existentes, considerando la sexualidad, los derechos de la mujer y la dignidad humana en el contexto europeo. This investigation studies the ethical and comparative analysis of prostitution and surrogacy in Europe. By using a methodology that combines both documentary research and critical evaluation, the ethical perspectives, regulatory models and the historical and cultural context of both phenomenons are explored. In this paper, a comparative study is made of the different approaches adopted in the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden. The aim is to contribute to the ethical debate, to provide recommendations for future research and to improve existing regulation models, considering sexuality, women's rights and human dignity in the European context.
