Abstract

La codocencia es un método de aprendizaje y de perfeccionamiento del profesorado acorde con los fines de la pedagogía ignaciana seguida en la universidad jesuita. Para esta dimensión de la COdocencia se necesitan docentes competentes en la materia que imparten, comprometidos con la institución y sus valores, conscientes de la oportunidad que brinda esta metodología para la mejora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y, finalmente, profesores compasivos con los discentes que tienen dificultades para aprender y con otros docentes que puedan requerir una ayuda en el desarrollo.

Co-teaching is a method of learning and improvement of the teaching staff in accordance with the aims of the Ignatian pedagogy followed in the Jesuit university. For this dimension of COteaching, competent teachers in the subject they teach are needed, committed to the institution and its values, aware of the opportunity that this methodology offers to improve the teaching-learning process and, finally, compassionate teachers with the students who have learning difficulties and with other teachers who may require developmental assistance.
