Abstract

El emprendimiento trata sobre la creación de “Rentade” que será una aplicación en la cual se ofrezcan productos que se usen con poca frecuencia y sean costos. A la clase media le resulta muy difícil acceder a estos artículos ya que tienen un costo muy alto y lo usan poco, aunque deseen mucho disfrutarlos. Es aquí donde la aplicación les ofrece esta libertad de poder rentarlos. De igual manera se hará un modelo de negocio para que las personas puedan ofrecer aquí los artículos que no usen y estén alineados con la estrategia de la empresa, productos caros. Durante el trabajo se hará una investigación y se generará un modelo de negocio donde se encontrará la forma de ofrecer este servicio de manera rentable y se hará frente a las barreras y dificultades que implica el crear una aplicación de renta con soluciones viables y justificadas. Se considerará distintas opciones para ofrecer los productos, ya sea mediante usuarios que lo ofrecen, ciertas alianzas, comprarlos con un crédito largo y sin o muy bajo intereses y se elegirá la mas rentable. La aplicación se hará enfocada en México en un principio, con un estudio posterior para analizar su posible expansión global.
