El sufrimiento en el lugar de trabajo es algo más común de lo esperado. La Encuesta Europea sobre Condiciones de Trabajo en la UE muestra que casi la mitad de los 22.000 trabajadores encuestados en los 27 países miembros manifestaron malestar debido a las condiciones de trabajo. En interés de los empleados y de las empresas, se debe tener en cuenta el sufrimiento. Existe un escaso conocimiento sobre los efectos del sufrimiento en la seguridad laboral. Los actuales sistemas de gestión humana no abordan este problema. Arraigado en postulados filosóficos, este trabajo analiza datos cualitativos recogidos a partir de entrevistas en profundidad para descubrir lo que está por venir en el campo de la gestión del sufrimiento en las organizaciones. Suffering in the workplace is a more common occurrence than expected. The European Survey on Working Conditions in EU shows that almost half of the 22.000 workers surveyed in the 27 member countries stated uneasiness due to work conditions. In the interests of employees and companies, suffering must be taken into account. Poor knowledge exists concerning the effects of suffering on occupational safety. Current human management systems do not address this problem. Rooted in philosophical postulates, this work analyses qualitative data collected from deep interviews to discover what is to come in the field of suffering management in organizations.
